When we give a thanks prayer up to God, like with the blessing prayer and the grace prayer when we give a thanks prayer in a sense we are acknowledging him for who he is too us, what he has done for us and given us, we also are stating that we are putting our trust in him not in our self’s for these things. Thanksgiving is an all-inclusive act that involves praise, worship and honor of God.

Today too many people put their trust in themselves not realizing that all comes from GOD and he gives as he sees fit.  2 Samuel 22:3 “The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.” And again in the New Testament it is written:

Philippians 4:6 “Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.”

Every one of us likes to receive thanks when we have given or done something for another, it shows that the other person is grateful for what we have done.

God is our Father, provider, deliverer, comfier, protector, healer and so much more that it is only fitting that we offer thanks prayer up too him on a regular bases.

The Blessing prayer in my opinion is one of the most needed prayers out there, in todays  fast paced world  to many children are growing up, with out mothers, fathers or even if they do, most of the time they are working and have little or no time to spend building them up. In this world the TV and internet spends more time with them than most parents do.

The tongue is a small part of the body but it has the greatest power, with 1 word a jury can place a life sentence on you, and with another set you free. Think of it, what comes  out of you mouth will either  lift someone up or drop them down, let me put it another way what ever comes out of your mouth will either bring a blessing or curse on the person who you are speaking to or speaking about.

I grew up with many problems, was born with asthma, had plenty of allergies and later on developed a curvature of the spine as my grandmother had it; I also had reading and writing problems. I never asked for any of it but it was delft to me. Nobody asks for problems, and in many cases we treat other people with problem like they are aliens or they must of did something wrong to bring this curse upon them self’s.

We are all guilty of judging others; the Bible says that if you set your self as judge over someone else you will bring judgment upon your self. Choose today to rather give a blessing prayer than to condemn someone else. As I look back at my early years and remember what people said to me, most was negative and destroying? I grew to hate myself in time as I was so much teased and told I was stupid. I started to accept all the things that other said of me.

If you have children with problems chances are they are, going threw similar torches. How much time are you spending telling them, that they are smart and can do all there heart wants to do, be careful not to put limitations on your children or they will become, like we prophesy over them.

Best thing you can start to do is every morning to put your hands on there heads or back and give a blessing prayer, tell them how you love them and how proud you are of them, how they will succeed at all they put there hearts to do. Some children can’t remember if they where ever told by their father that he loves them, and dont forget to give a thanks prayer to GOD for them. If you don’t, the world will tell them they are stupid, cant achieve anything, they are ugly and so on and they will start believe what the world is telling them.

May blessing, grace and thanks abound in and around you.

Make this world a better place and starts giving a blessing prayer to every person you meet. Remember the saying” What goes around comes around”[netinsert=0.0.1.13.5.4.2]

No matter how hard we try to pray and most important get to know our GOD, we just tend to find ourselves, moving further away from GOD against our will.

I say against our will as it is not our intention to move away from GOD. Life is funny that way, even the strongest Christian go threw down patches in there live some for long periods, some time longer than 10 years walking in the dessert.

But the good news is GOD never leaves us even though it feels like he is far away from us at times.

Father GOD I ask that any one who reads this and is going threw a dark time , will find peace in the knowledge that you are not way from them, LORD renew there strength and bring them back stronger, So that they too can strengthen others and bring a blessing prayer up to you.

May the Grace of GOD be with you today.

Heavenly Father I come before you and present my grace prayer unto you, as my food is before me, the food that truly satisfies the soul, your perishes WORD.

Bless it as I take it in today, I ask that you prepare my heart to receive that what you have set aside to feed me today, let it bring forth much fruit in and out of my life.

As I bring this grace prayer before you, except it and bless me as you did my fore fathers Abraham Isaac and Jacob. Let your kingdom come in my life and in the earth as it is in heaven, and may the grace that is beyond all understanding rest upon my family and myself.

Once again thank you for loving me so much that you sent your one and only son JESUS to die on the cross so that I can be free. Thank you for listening to my grace prayer to you my Father in heaven.

Dear Heavenly Father, I come before you this day and humble my heart with a thanks prayer unto you.

All that I am, all that is good in me is thanks to your great love for me. Each day I arise and open my eyes, I can’t help but notice all you have created. I can not help my self, I must shout it out from the roof top “my GOD is wonderful all powerful and he loves me.”

Today I traveled from Latvia to Sweden by ferry, when I left yesterday it was raining and dark and was predicted to be the same today, but I prayed and asked for good weather and GOD gave it to me.

So I once again shout for joy with a thanks prayer of praise to my GOD.

All went well as I put them to sleep , by reading a bed night story and praying with them for mommy’s safe return also telling them how great father in heaven we have that loves us and cares for us.

At about 3 am I was woken up by the screaming of my youngest, I tried to calm her down nothing helped, for about 10 minuets of trying everything to calm her down I was exhorted, funny how it takes a wail to remember that we have GOD’s Angles around us and all we have to do is pray in faith. The Bible say “the prayer of a riches man availith much.”

So I put my faith into action and prayer a blessing Prayer over my daughter, it went like this: Father GOD I ask you in the Name of JESUS threw the BLOOD OF THE LAMB that you send your angles to come and comfort Nelly right now and bless her with peace.

And guess what, that very second my mouth had finished speaking, Nelly became dead quiet and fell asleep.

All praise to GOD our father for his great love.

In all things remember we serve a almighty GOD who is always waiting for us to put our faith in  action and pray that blessing prayer in all things
